OPEN POSITION(S):
Commercial Loan Officer, VP
Working under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, you will primarily be responsible for the development of new C&I business for the Bank. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. You will be working with a visible and accessible management team, and will be eligible for high potential performance incentive plan.
- Must have experience with traditional middle market C&I companies as a commercial lender and new business development officer.
- Ability to solicit new business, advise prospects and customers of product lines, determine credit worthiness, and prepare detailed proposals for loan review.
- Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in new business development, deal structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and global cash flow.
- Proven history of building and managing a book of business.
- Syndication/participation experience and formal credit training a plus.
- BS or BA degree desired.
Compensation:
